| Dr. Laurence Hewick, Ph.D. |
Dr. Hewick is CEO of Hewick Research Inc., a technology commercialization company who specialize in business incubation, risk capital, sales enhancement and specialized space. His extensive research and business consultation experience are enormous assets to the growth of MedShare. In addition to his role with MedShare's advisory board, Dr. Hewick sits on the Board of Directors of the Hamilton Chamber of Commerce, the Golden Horseshoe Venture Forum, and chairs the Chamber's Science & Technology Committee as well as Mohawk College's Small Business Advisory Board.

| Christine A. Linton |
Chris Linton's strong clinical care background is an asset to the development of MedShare and its product suite. Ms. Linton is the Assistant Executive Director of Professional Rehabilitation Outreach (PRO), an organization that provides consumer-focused therapy services in Simcoe County. She was among the founding members of the agency, initially carrying a clinical caseload while holding a position on PRO's first Board of Directors. Prior to joining PRO, Ms. Linton was an Occupational Therapist with the Community Care Access Centre Simcoe County and has worked in the home care sector since 1990. She has taught at Georgian College of Applied Arts and Technology and she has also had a private practice. Ms. Linton has participated extensively in provincial level committees and work groups,and has held the position of Chairperson of the Alliance of Professional Associations for Community-Based Therapy Services. Ms. Linton has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of Western Ontario.

| Christine Reno |
Christine Reno's energy and commitment to community-based health care is evident in the leadership positions she has held in Therapy Partners, a multidisciplinary therapy company with a history of providing community therapy in the communities of Guelph, Dufferin, and Wellington. She is currently the Business Director and heads up the operational side of the company, evaluating internal processes and improving operational models to better deliver services. Therapy Partners was awarded the 2003 Innovation Award from the Guelph Business Enterprise Centre.
Prior to joining with 34 other therapists to start Therapy Partners, Ms. Reno spent 16 years as a Staff Occupational Therapist working in school-based pediatrics. She has also worked in a general hospital setting in Stratford and at St Joseph's Health Care, London. Ms. Reno holds an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Western Ontario where she has been a guest lecturer. She is a member of the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario and the Ontario Society of Occupational Therapists.

| Dr. John Moore, Ph.D. |
MedShare enjoys the advice and leadership of one of the foremost experts on managing organizational process using technology. Dr. John B. Moore is an experienced designer and developer of health care information systems used by numerous organizations throughout North America. He has played a key role in the development of MedShare HC.
Dr. Moore is a Professor Emeritus of the University of Waterloo in the Department of Management Sciences, where he specialized in the effective use of technology in public and private enterprises. He is also President of MFAM Limited.
