| Application Trainer |
| As a member of the Client Services team the Application Trainer will develop and lead product training for new and existing clients. Candidates must be able to quickly learn new software, adapt and learn new business processes and deliver outstanding customer service. Candidate should have experience in conducting training programs for achieving company-specific goals. This individual should possess a broad understanding of computer concepts and related business application needs. This candidate should be experienced in both utilizing and teaching applications. Through the delivery of training and coaching the Trainer will reduce customer dependency on MedShare Support |

| Responsibilities |
 |
Writing, maintaining, and updating training materials for the MedShare applications |
 |
Providing onsite Tier 1 support for troubleshooting, updating FAQs, and assisting in identifying additional application features/modifications based on user-centric feedback |
 |
Training client teams for initial deployments and executing additional training as needed for additional phases |
 |
Defines and implements plans with client and transfers knowledge to client staff through mentoring and training |
 |
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations |
 |
Prepare Status Reports |
 |
Provide documentation for any work done |
 |
Develop and maintain MedShare standards and guidelines |
 |
Manage a project’s output to meet release deadlines |
 |
Perform other duties as required |

| Required Skills/Competencies |
 |
Experience in corporate training for software applications and/or general training and end-user support experience |
 |
Experience creating training artifacts (user guides, FAQs, etc.) |
 |
Must have the ability to serve as a subject matter expert for Tier 1 level questions |
 |
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills |
 |
Excellent organizational skills |
 |
Technical aptitude and eagerness to learn new technologies and troubleshoot technical issues |
 |
Knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint |
 |
Willingness to travel; May need passport for travel |
