| Implementation Project Manager |
The Implementation Project Manager is responsible for ensuring the efficient delivery of multiple IT software projects within MedShare’s health information technology portfolio. The Implementation Project Manager must have excellent communication skills, including presenting to all levels within client organizations and facilitating meetings. This role is responsible for ensuring that the customer’s expectations for information needs and business requirements are being met with MedShare’s software platform.

| Responsibilities |
|
Take the leadership role with client software implementation through all phases of the implementation (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closing) |
|
Model the customer’s business processes and clinical workflows |
|
Propose and implement optimized business processes that leverage MedShare software |
|
Act as the point of contact/liaison/translator between technology team and business team |
|
Ensure client issues are heard and properly addressed |
|
Understand and enforce relevant quality standards to the project |
|
Provide customer support |
|
Other duties required to support client software implementations |

The candidate must have proven client relationship skills, positive attitude and excellent communication skills. He / She must have an overall knowledge of the healthcare industry, particularly community care organisations and the technologies that may assist them. |

Minimum of 5 years experience in the IT software industry |
|
Minimum of 2 years experience as a project leader in the IT software industry |
|
Minimum of 2 years in eliciting business requirements in the IT software industry |
|
Degree in Computer Science, Health Science or related credential |
|
Experience in business process mapping (current state and future state) |
|
Experience in managing application development & deployment projects |
|
Experience in producing project documentation, including: project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closing |
|
Excellent understanding of LAN/WAN environments |
