Barry Billings - President and CEO

Picture of Barry Billings Barry Billings is Founder and President of MedShare Inc. and the visionary behind the company. He is an IT professional with 20 years experience in developing information technology and application development for the health care industry. Prior to founding MedShare, Mr. Billings was President of Active Web Corporation, which developed specialized web project methodologies, standards and development environments. He has also worked as Chief Technology Officer and Director of Puresource Inc., Information Technology Manager at Ontario Ministry of Agriculture, and previously owned Orbex Computer Systems. Barry Billings holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Guelph. He is a frequent presenter on electronic health care and portal technology, and a volunteer with Canada Health Infoway and Hospice Wellington. He is also a member of the Toronto Board of Trade and Rotary International.

Debbie McCabe - Manager, Professional Services

Debbie McCabe joins Medshare as the Manager of Implementation Services. Debbie has spent over 20 years serving in a key role project managing large implementations primarily in the public sector working with cities and counties all across Canada and the US. She has worked as a certified senior business consultant implementing several ERP products as well as delivering many EDI solutions. Working closely with Dawn Leetham, Debbie will lead a team to ensure that the quality of services during implementation through to support meets a high level of standard. She will play a key role in continuing to develop ongoing business strategies and critical business processes to enhance the core foundation of Medshare’s best practises. Debbie has been a member of PMI for the last 8 years.

Amy Morris - Product Manager

Picture of Dawn Leetham Amy Morris is the Product Manager at MedShare. She has worked in the software industry for over 10 years, having filled a number of different roles including technical product management, business analysis, and quality assurance in both the insurance and financial industries. Amy holds a Bachelor of Applied Arts in Administration and Information Management and a Certificate in Telecommunications Management from Ryerson Polytechnic University. Amy works closely with our customers and partners to define market requirements and to drive those requirements through the idea, development, launch and maintenance phases of the product lifecycle. She is also responsible for managing our business and quality assurance analysts.

Dave McLean - Software Development Manager

Picture of Dawn Leetham David has been working in the IT industry for over 12 years, and has held numerous roles including software developer, systems analyst, technical architect, and team lead. David has worked with various sized organizations in a variety of markets. With a sharp interest and past experience in the health care industry, David is committed to delivering world-class solutions to MedShare customers. His knowledge of the latest technology standards and architectures are employed throughout MedShare’s software platform. David takes responsibility in managing the business, as well as leading our talented team of developers to create high performance and reliable software.
