Call the Support Service Group at 1-888-624-0014 or (519) 624-0014 (press 4 for support) to contact our support agents. After hours voice mail notifies our support agent directly and expedites our response to your needs.   Send us an email at support@medshare.com. We regularly monitor email and promptly respond to resolve any issues you may submit.   This new feature allows you to log on to our ticketing system. Using provided credentials, you can create, update and monitor the status of new and ongoing support tickets.

 

MedShare HC is a mission-critical application. As such, MedShare Customer Support offers comprehensive post-implementation support to our customer base. Our Customer Support staff members are experts in the MedShare application and knowledgeable in the home health care industry.

Support Services include:

Go-live Support
MedShare project team is on site on the launch day. This knowledgeable team will be there to install and configure the system to make sure the transition to MedShare HC is a smooth process for your business. Your agency will be fully supported during the entire Go-live period.

Stabilization and Troubleshooting Support
Once MedShare HC is installed and live, we will provide a 30-day intensive support package to ensure trouble-free stabilization. Our staff is prepared to troubleshoot any issue relating to our system that may occur during this initial phase.

Performance and Activity Monitoring
MedShare’s Customer Support team will remotely monitor server health and performance from the MedShare central office. This will ensure the quality of our service and help us maintain the overall operation of your system.

System Optimization
By monitoring the system’s activity, we can create necessary updates that will make your system run faster and more efficiently at your agency. Any updates, service releases and other enhancements will be deployed with the prior approval of the client’s System Administrator.

Ongoing Technical support
MedShare is here to support you all the way. Ongoing support is provided via telephone to a support hotline or email to a technical support mailbox.
